And think about this: for a relatively little amount of money in legal fees and filing fees you can discharge all of the debts that are hounding you, and all of the debt that's taking up space in your monthly budget, and competing for the things that you need or want to spend your money on. That stuff was all going to be gone, and you will be able to start over and to start fresh, and you absolutely will feel better, and you'll have a sense to take control of your life again and let debt be in the rearview mirror and be behind you.

So is filing bankruptcy worth it? Yes, under the right circumstances it is absolutely worth it. And it is something that should be seriously explored as a very viable alternative to the stress of financial problems.
